Please note sale items may only be returned for an exchange or credit note.
We deliver worldwide.
All packages within Australia (excluding to PO Boxes) are sent via Australia Post and delivered within 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas, and 3-5 days for regional areas.
International orders are shipped by DHL, and are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. If your details are incorrect MATIN does not assume responsibility for loss of any packages.
If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
We offer complimentary shipping within Australia on orders over $300.

Please note: international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We accept payment via PAYPAL, MasterCard, Visa, and AFTERPAY. Once your order is approved you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please lodge a returns request at our returns page within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days of receipt, we are unable to accept return requests.
We offer refunds on full priced items, and store credit on sale items unless the item is on FINAL SALE.
- Items must be returned to us according to the following conditions: Your return request has been approved by MATIN and you have obtained a return authorisation via our returns page
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
- Your returned item/s arrive at our office within 7 days of receiving your return authorisation for Australian orders, and within 14 days for International orders.
Returning your order
Pack the item/s you're returning along with a print off of your order form noting your RMA number. Please consciously re-use the satchel your order arrived in, and avoid shipping your return in an oversized box.

- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We partly subsidise international returns. A fee of AUD$30 will be deducted from your refund to partly cover the cost of the return shipment.
- Use the returns DHL label provided. Contact your local DHL to schedule a pick up.
You will receive an email as soon as we received your items along with confirmation of your refund.
Refunds are made against the original credit card or payment method used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving your returned item/s, however please keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
